Terms of service
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of the photo shoot unless prior arrangements have been made.  6.5% Salt Lake County sales tax is added to each order.  I accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. A 3% surcharge is added for payments made by credit card.

Delivery:
In most cases your images will be delivered within 24 hours.  Images will be available for download on Dropbox.  

Cancellations:
I understand that schedules sometimes change and a shoot may need to be canceled or rescheduled.  No fee will be charged if you cancel with at least a 24 hour notice.  No fee will be charged if you need to reschedule with at least an 8 hour notice.  A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the shoot is cancelled with less than an 8 hour notice and the shoot is rescheduled. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if the shoot is canceled with less than an 8 hour notice and the shoot is not rescheduled.  

Image Licensing::
Ray David Photography owns the copyright to all images. The agent/agency is licensing the rights to use the images in marketing the property. Images may not be used to market another or similar property. Images may not be provided to any 3rd party including, but not limited to, stagers, homeowners, builders, other agents, or any print or Internet publication without the written consent of Ray David Photography.

House Preperation:
Because I want to minimize the impact on the home owner, the house is expected to be ready at the scheduled time. The house should be tidy and decluttered as much as possible.  Ideally it would be staged either by the agent or a professional stager.  If professional staging is not possible, here are some tips that will help create the best images possible:

- Have as many personal items such as family photos, knick knacks etc put away.
- Remove any uncessary furniture.
- All beds should be made.  Use the most formal bed spreads available and decorator pillows if possible (think hotel room).
- Put away all personal care items in all bathrooms.  Use matching towels (again think hotel room).  
- In the kitchen all of the counters should be clean and as uncluttered as possible.    
- Use place settings on the kitchen and/or dining room tables.    
- All pets must be contained and out of sight.
- Turn on all interior lights.
- Turn off ceiling fans, TVs and computer monitors.
- Put away any portable fans, heaters etc.
- Hide cords/cables for electronics as much as posssible.
- Do not have any cars parked in the driveway or in the front of the house.  
- The lawn should be recently mowed/raked and all yard tools put away.
